Remote – monthly travel to client sites

Instinct is currently working with our client, a forward-thinking vendor, who are looking for a Learning Consultant to join their studio team.

This role is focused on both leading the pre-sale work and writing and storyboarding for the blended learning solutions they create for their industry-renowned customers.

Our client is a rapidly growing vendor with a list of industry-leading customers, all seeking their services for providing digital learning solutions. Using data as a focus, our client is looking to innovate and lead the way for digital learning offerings in their sector.

The role:

As a Learning Consultant, you will work closely with customers to design blended learning solutions for deployment across a range of media, including digital and face-to-face. You will generate ideas and concepts for proposals and will confidently present these to their customers, establishing credibility with existing customers and building strong relationships with those customers throughout the life of projects and beyond!

There is a wider culture of collaboration, so you will be doing this work in conjunction with Account Managers, Project Managers, and Studio colleagues to achieve the best possible work for the customer.

About you:

The successful candidate will have strong experience in the following areas:
Solution creation and scoping
Design of concepts and materials for blended learning
Presenting proposals and solutions
L&D Research & development
Consulting with customers
