Learning Delivery Manager

The Role

We are looking for a passionate Learning Delivery Manager to lead and support high-quality tuition delivery across the North. Based in Leeds, you'll oversee educational contracts, ensuring compliance, quality, and strong learner outcomes.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in education, quality assurance, or coaching, who is driven to improve tutor performance and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor local authority contracts, ensuring KPIs and compliance are met
Conduct tutor observations (online and in-person) and deliver actionable feedback
Support tutor development through coaching and CPD initiatives
Analyse attendance, engagement, and progress data to improve outcomes
Oversee safeguarding and compliance requirements, supporting audits where required
Ensure accurate collection of student progress data for reporting
Deliver and support Functional Skills and AQA Unit Awards
Build partnerships to enhance social value and community engagementAbout You

Experience in education, tutoring, QA, or instructional coaching
Strong understanding of teaching practices and behaviour management
Confident using data to drive performance and decision-making
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
