Hiring: Learning Disabilities Clinical Lead 
Location: Wolverhampton & surrounding areas
Salary: £44,000 – £50,000 DOE
Hours: 37.5 hours per week


We’re recruiting for an experienced Learning Disabilities Clinical Lead to provide clinical leadership across community-based services supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, brain injuries and behaviours that challenge.


This is a fantastic opportunity for an RMN or RNLD who combines strong clinical expertise with a passion for developing care teams and improving outcomes for people with complex needs.


This role is perfect for:


✅ An RMN or RNLD with current NMC registration
✅ Someone experienced supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs and/or brain injuries
✅ A confident clinician with experience of behaviours that challenge and risk management
✅ Someone passionate about training, mentoring and developing frontline care teams
✅ A nurse comfortable working autonomously across community-based care packages
✅ A driver with a full UK driving licence


In this role, you will:


Assess clients and develop individualised, person-centred care plans
Provide clinical leadership and oversight across complex community care packages
Train, guide and support care workers through to competency sign-off
Lead and support ARC (Assessment, Risk Management & Crisis Intervention) training
Support teams to safely manage crisis situations and embed least-restrictive practice
Develop positive behaviour strategies and contribute to behaviour support plans
Work closely with families, care teams and wider MDT professionals
Provide ongoing clinical guidance to ensure packages operate safely and effectively
