Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one mentoring to students struggling academically or emotionally.


• Develop action plans to support students in overcoming barriers to learning.


• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement strategies for success.


• Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to parents and staff.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in mentoring or youth work.


• Excellent communication and organisational skills.


• A clear DBS check.
