Basic Qualifications 

 - Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager; PMP desirable but not required 

 - Expertise with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

 - Strong verbal and written communication skills

 - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

 - High attention to detail and organization, including ability to prioritize and track assigned tasks

 - Ability to quickly learn new procedures, technologies and adapt to change

 - Ability to develop, coach, and lead training coordinators, driving accountability and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.

 - Ability to collaborate with local and global teams and clients both internally and externally

Preferred Qualifications 

i. Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, public relations, management, business consulting, communications, finance, marketing or a related field 

ii. Experience in a related or similar role

MISCELLANEOUS 

• Selected candidates will be expected to work generally between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, with some days starting as early as 7am, depending on global meeting schedules. 
• We expect candidates to work 5 days in the office.
