Learning Support Assistants - Term-Time Only (Sandwell & Cadbury College Sites)
Full-Time and Part-Time Hours Available
Fixed-Term Contract (Academic Year 2024/25)
Salary: £23,447 FTE (Pro Rata)

We're working in partnership with a leading West Midlands Further Education College to recruit Learning Support Assistants for their Sandwell (West Bromwich) and Cadbury campuses. These term-time only positions are fixed-term until the end of the academic year (June 2025), with the opportunity to apply for a permanent role afterwards.

• Full-time and part-time hours available

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with a range of needs

• Support students with their learning, wellbeing, and independence

• Ongoing training and support provided

• Passionate, empathetic individuals committed to helping students thrive

• Experience supporting learners in an educational setting

• Personal care experience is a bonus, but not essential

• Background in support, care, coaching, or mentoring

• Understanding of SEN, learning disabilities, or mental health needs

• Flexible and adaptable approach

• Minimum Level 2 in English and Maths
