?? Salary: £19,947.87 per annum (pro rata to £24,123.00 FTE)
?? Contract: Full-time | Term-time only

Are you passionate about helping students succeed in practical, hands-on learning environments? Join our dedicated team and make a difference as a Learning Support Assistant, working alongside highly skilled tutors to support learners in Construction and Foundation Learning courses.

? What You’ll Be Doing:

• Working closely with tutors to support students in practical and classroom settings
• Providing tailored educational support to help learners reach their full potential
• Offering guidance, encouragement, and one-on-one assistance during lessons
• Supporting a wide range of learners, helping to build confidence, independence, and routine
• Playing an essential role in ensuring all students are included and engaged in their learning journey

? What We’re Looking For:

• A supportive and approachable attitude with a genuine passion for education
• Flexibility and a willingness to work across a range of vocational subjects
• Experience supporting students or working in an educational setting is desirable, but not essential—training will be provided
