The Role – Learning Support Assistant

This permanent Learning Support Assistant role is based at a secondary school in Cheshunt, supporting students across KS3 and KS4. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work alongside teachers and the SEN department to provide targeted support, both one-on-one and in small groups. The school is looking for someone enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to helping students overcome learning barriers. Experience with SEN or previous support work in education is highly desirable.
