Location: Wilmslow SK9

Salary: £19,259 per annum (actual combined salary)

Vacancy Type: Full-time, Permanent Learning Support Assistant (31.25 hours/week) and Midday Supervisor (3.75 hours/week), totalling 35 hours per week.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:15 am - 3:45 pm, 38 weeks per year.

The Role

The Primary Academy is looking to recruit a highly motivated Learning Support Assistant to join their amazing school, fostering a positive learning environment both in classrooms and small groups.

The successful candidates will be working with a range of children, including children with Special Educational Needs, in school, supporting and developing a love of learning inside and outside the classroom.

There may be an opportunity to work additional hours in the After School Club.

The role emphasises child safety and requires a thorough vetting process, including an enhanced Criminal Record Bureau check and Online checks.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience of working with children with Special Education Needs: 2 years (preferred)
• Primary School Teaching Assistant: 2 years (required)
