Salary: £90 - £100 per day

These schools value staff who can nurture pupils, follow guidance from class teachers and help create a calm and positive learning environment.

The successful candidate will be confident supporting children with a range of needs, including SEND, and able to work 1:1 or within small groups to help pupils make steady progress.

We are looking for Learning Support Assistants in Rochford with the following:

Experience supporting children in a school setting
A kind, patient and proactive approach
Good communication skills and the ability to follow teacher direction
An understanding of additional needs and how to support them
