Learning Support Assistant

We are looking for a kind, thoughtful and playful 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to support a child in our Steiner-Waldorf school community for four hours a week (days negotiable).

This role focuses on nurturing language development and gently supporting peer play; helping the child build confidence, connection and communication within the class. You will work in partnership with the teacher, SENCo and family to build on the child’s strengths and support their participation in class life.

• Has experience of supporting children with SEN (professionally or personally)
• Values child-led, relationship-based practice
• Is patient, observant and joyful in their work
• Is open to learning and reflective practice
