Key Responsibilities

Provide classroom support to pupils with additional needs
Work alongside teachers to adapt learning activities
Encourage positive behaviour and social development
Support students on both a 1:1 and small group basis
Assist with monitoring progress and pupil engagement
Help create a calm and inclusive learning environment

The School is Looking For:

Previous experience supporting children or young people
A patient and nurturing approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Confidence supporting pupils with varying learning needs
A genuine passion for education and inclusion
