Corton Primary School and Nursery are seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA).

Do you enjoy working with children? Are you an outstanding practitioner?

If so, we are looking for a passionate, professional, and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our Early Years team.

You will have:

• a Level 3 Childcare Qualification or above from the approved DFE list of Level 3s plus 
• experience of working with children including children with additional needs
• knowledge and experience of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework.

You will be:

• able to remain calm and flexible to meet the needs of the different children
• a person who will treat children as individuals, enabling achievement for all
• an individual who is committed to and passionate about high-quality teaching
• ready to learn as part of a team and be challenged to become the best that you can be 
• ready to share expertise and drive for school-wide improvement
• committed to ensuring early years is a safe environment for children, staff, and others.
