Your Role as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA):

🔹 Provide 1:1 and small group support to students, helping them engage with the curriculum.
🔹 Assist teachers in delivering tailored lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
🔹 Support students with SEN and additional needs, fostering confidence and independence.
🔹 Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued.
🔹 Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to ensure holistic student support.
🔹 Encourage social and emotional development, helping students build key life skills.

Who We’re Looking For:

✅ Previous experience as an LSA, Teaching Assistant, or in a similar support role (preferred).
✅ A patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach to working with children.
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
✅ A passion for supporting young learners and helping them succeed.
✅ An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
