Learning Support Assistant – Dunstable

Educators Connected Recruitment are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a school in Dunstable.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant, LSA or education professional who enjoys supporting children and helping them achieve their full potential.

The Role:

* Supporting pupils within the classroom

* Working alongside teachers to support learning and development

* Providing one-to-one and small-group support where required

* Helping create a positive and engaging learning environment

* Supporting pupils with their educational and pastoral needs

* Encouraging pupils to develop confidence and independence

The Ideal Candidate:

* Previous experience working in a school or education setting is desirable

* A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills

* A genuine passion for supporting children

* Relevant qualifications or experience as a TA, LSA or Teaching Assistant are desirable

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is advantageous

Pay: £115 per day
