An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming school in Reading.

You will work closely with students who require additional support with their learning, helping them build confidence, develop independence and overcome barriers to education.

The Role:

Provide 1:1 and small-group learning support.
Assist students with classroom activities and learning tasks.
Support pupils with additional needs, including SEN.
Encourage positive behaviour, engagement and participation.
Help students develop confidence, independence and social skills.The Ideal Candidate:

A degree or relevant qualification is desirable but not essential.
A genuine passion for working with children and young people.
Patient, caring and enthusiastic approach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, reliable and willing to learn.
Previous experience in education or SEN is advantageous but not essential.Why Apply?

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
