Academics Ltd. is proud to be working with a welcoming secondary school in Swindon, currently seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their Special Educational Needs (SEN) Unit.

• Work closely with class teachers to support lesson delivery in the SEN Unit

• Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to students

• Help students overcome academic and personal challenges in and out of the classroom

• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain ideas clearly and patiently

• Empathy, resilience, and a genuine interest in supporting young people

• A proactive and flexible approach to working with students with a range of needs

• Previous experience in a school or care setting is desirable but not essential

• Competitive daily pay: £83.50 - £100 per day

• Immediate start with ongoing support

• Opportunity to progress into teacher training after one year for Learning Support Assistants
