We’re Hiring – Learning Support Assistants (Term Time Only)
?? Based in Leeds| ? Mon–Fri, 9:00am–4:30pm (38 Weeks)
?? Salary: £15,557 per year (Pro Rata, Term Time Only)
Do you have a passion for education and animals? We’re looking for two Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our friendly and committed team in the Animal Care and Land Management department..
As an LSA, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Further Education learners during both practical and classroom-based sessions. From farm fields to theory lessons, no two days will be the same!

What You’ll Do:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging practical and theory sessions
• Provide interventions and tailored support for learners
• Build meaningful relationships that make a real difference
• Collaborate as part of a supportive, passionate team

What We’re Looking For:
? Experience supporting young people in an educational setting
? A proactive, team-focused mindset
? Confidence working in land-based environments with animals
