Learning Support Assistants Needed - September Start

We're recruiting caring and enthusiastic Primary School Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join welcoming primary schools from September.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference by supporting children in their learning and development during the school day.

About the Role

As a Primary School Learning Support Assistant, you will:

Support pupils in EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
Work one-to-one and with small groups to support learning.
Assist teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation.
Encourage children's confidence, independence, and participation.
Support pupils with additional learning or SEND needs where required.
Help create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.

What We're Looking For

Experience supporting children with SEN is desirable.
A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A passion for supporting children's education.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
