This is a full-time, ongoing position as a Learning Support Assistant, an excellent opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Responsibilities:
As a Learning Support Assistant, your role will include:
* Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN and SEMH needs.
* Help create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
* Support students both in the classroom and during intervention activities.
* Build positive relationships that encourage confidence, resilience and engagement.
* Work closely with teachers and the wider pastoral team to implement individual support strategies.
* Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing throughout the school day.
Requirements:
* Level 2/3 Award in Supporting Teaching & Learning or equivalent, degree in Psychology or Education – Ideal
* Experience – As an SEMH/SEN Learning Support Assistant – Essential
* Empathy & Understanding – A nurturing, patient approach
* Strong Behavioural Management – Calm under pressure, supportive and consistent
* Adaptability & Resilience – Able to meet varied needs across different schools
* Excellent Communication – With pupils, staff, and families
