Role: Learning Support Assistants
Location: Greater Manchester
Rate: £18-21 per hour
Type: Full time, Temporary
Start: September 2026

Eden Brown are currently recruiting full time temporary Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) on behalf of a leading further education college Greater Manchester for the new academic year.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist students with their day-to-day learning activities and help them achieve their educational goals.
* Provide in-class support, working with teachers to deliver tailored lessons.
* Offer guidance on both academic and personal development, promoting independent learning.
* Support students with a variety of learning disabilities, physical disabilities, or social, emotional, and mental health needs.
* Provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for students, promoting their well-being and engagement in school life.

About You:
*A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to working with students of all abilities.
*Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous, but not essential for general LSA roles.
*A team player, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently when required

A current DBS is also needed for this role, if you do not have one Eden Brown can apply for one on your behalf.
