Leasing & Contracts Administrator

Location: Prudhoe - Office Based

Salary: £23,809.50 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30 (37.5 hours)

Key responsibilities:

• To process and administer all leasing documents for system orders from closed won opportunities.
• Provide information for management to support credit checking for cash and in house orders.
• Ensure all revenue is billed accurately and within a given SLA.
• Provide support and advice on leasing related activity to the wider Daisy.
• Liaise with Daisy financial partners from proposal through to portfolio management.
• Perform all admin tasks associated with the Daisy and external leasing portfolio.
• Update internal and 3rd party systems.
• Maintain team reports as set out.
• Process tasks from queues in sequence.
• Take accountability for supporting internal colleagues to resolve leasing related queries.
• Provide excellent service to all internal & external customers.
• Monitoring team mailboxes for contract and web leads and processing as required
• Sending contracts out via e-signature and progressing these with our customers
• Creating internal quotes for leased line orders
• Creating opportunities and entering values for closed/won orders
• Resolving issues on order forms or with opportunities

• Be driven to focus energy and passion on serving our internal & external customers.
• Able to use initiative to find ways to resolve problems and deliver.
• Excellent communications skills; verbal and written.
• Enthusiastic and willingness to learn about Daisy products and adaptable to business change.
• Experience of dealing with customers, internal colleagues and suppliers in relation to orders.
•  Admin, Finance or leasing experience would be an advantage.
• Has a keen eye for detail with a flexible approach to the job in hand.
• Must be well organised and able to work to deadlines and manage own tasks efficiently.
• Strong team player but able to work independently and take ownership for own workload.
