Job Description - Leasing Associate

Job Title: Leasing Associate
Location: North Acton, London
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + bonus of up to £6K (paid monthly)

Overview
A leading Build to Rent (BTR) operator is seeking a motivated and customer-centric Leasing Associate to join the team at a flagship development in North Acton - home to one of London's tallest residential towers outside Canary Wharf. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start or further their career in the BTR sector, with exposure to a premium rental product, outstanding amenities, and a vibrant resident community.

This organisation is committed to delivering more than just homes; they focus on building lifestyle-led communities supported by exceptional service and curated resident experiences. The successful candidate will be based on-site, collaborating across departments to ensure residents receive an elevated living experience.

The Role
The Leasing Associate will play a crucial role in the lettings journey - from first enquiry to move-in - ensuring every touchpoint reflects the company's high standards. This position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for people, and a proactive approach to sales and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

  • Deliver excellent customer service to residents, applicants, and partners.

  • Achieve monthly leasing targets and KPIs.

  • Manage and respond to enquiries in line with company processes.

  • Prepare and launch apartments to market.

  • Conduct detailed pre-qualification calls and in-person viewings.

  • Work closely with Property Management and Administration teams to ensure smooth tenancy progression.

  • Complete mid-tenancy inspections and support move-in/move-out procedures.

  • Assist with handling and resolving first-line complaints.

  • Provide market insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Support planning and delivery of resident events (occasional evenings/weekends).

  • Represent the brand at promotional events and exhibitions.

  • Carry out ad hoc duties as required to support wider team objectives.

All teams are embedded on-site, making this a dynamic, hands-on role within a collaborative environment.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Proactive and customer-focused, with a positive attitude.

  • Passionate about property, customer experience, and community building.

  • Experience in sales or customer service is beneficial, but not essential.

  • A team player who is eager to learn and contribute.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone enthusiastic and eager to grow within the thriving BTR sector. Full training is provided, and applications from those with transferable customer service experience are encouraged.
