We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Leasing Associate to join this busy property company on a temporary basis. In this exciting role, you'll be at the heart of the resident journey, helping prospective residents find their perfect home while ensuring existing residents receive outstanding service every day.
As the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and prospective customers, you'll combine your sales expertise with exceptional hospitality and relationship-building skills to create a seamless living experience that exceeds expectations.
Duties
Conduct property viewings and showcase apartments and amenities. Engage with enquiries via phone, email, webchat, and in person. Convert leads into appointments, bookings, and successful leases. Follow up on applications, documentation, contracts, and payments. Support occupancy targets through proactive sales activity and relationship management.
Provide a warm, professional, and welcoming front-of-house service. Build strong relationships with residents and becoming a trusted point of contact. Support resident events, activities, and community engagement initiatives. Assist with move-ins, move-outs, apartment visits, and day-to-day resident support. Resolve queries and complaints positively and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and updating leasing and resident systems. Coordinate maintenance requests and administrative tasks. Ensure community spaces, show apartments, and leasing materials are always presentation ready. Manage deliveries, parcels, visitor access, and contractor screening. Support health and safety compliance across the community. The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in a customer-facing sales role within hospitality, accommodation, leisure, membership, reservations, or a similar environment. A proven ability to achieve sales targets and influence positive outcomes. Outstanding customer service skills with a passion for exceeding expectations. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. A proactive, positive, and solutions-focused approach. Strong attention to detail and pride in personal presentation. The ability to build relationships with people from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures. A collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues and other communities when needed.
