Job Title: Leasing Manager - Build to Rent (BTR)

Location: London (Multi-site)

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Bonus

Reporting To: Head of BTR

About the Role

A new and ambitious Build to Rent (BTR) developer is hiring a Leasing Manager to oversee multiple schemes across London. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on leasing professional to lead mobilisation, lease-up, and stabilisation of new developments.

What You'll Be Doing

• Multi-Site Leasing Management
• Lead leasing across multiple new BTR developments (mobilisation, lease-up & stabilisation)
• Create and implement site-specific leasing plans tailored to each local market
• Support new site launches, advising on set-up, pricing, and customer journey design

Strategy & Performance

• Work with the Head of BTR to shape and deliver a portfolio-wide leasing strategy
• Analyse performance data and market trends to optimise unit mix, pricing, and campaigns
• Align leasing activity with long-term asset and revenue goals

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and lead leasing teams across sites
• Set performance KPIs and foster a high-performance culture
• Standardise best practices while allowing for site-specific flexibility

Marketing & Lead Generation

• Partner with marketing to launch targeted campaigns and drive enquiries
• Build local partnerships and lead outreach to drive lead generation
• Ensure consistency of brand, messaging, and digital presence across platforms

Compliance & Operations

• Oversee end-to-end leasing process including applications, referencing, and move-ins
• Ensure full legal and operational compliance across all activity
• Optimise CRM and leasing systems for efficiency and customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a multi-site leasing or portfolio role within BTR, PRS, or residential lettings
• Hands-on experience mobilising and leasing up new residential developments
• Strong knowledge of leasing strategy, pricing, and revenue optimisation
• Commercially minded with excellent data analysis and reporting skills
• Skilled team leader with the ability to coach, motivate, and build high-performing teams
• Proficient with CRM systems, leasing platforms, and digital marketing tools
• Confident communicator with strong organisational and decision-making abilities
