Leasing Manager - Innovative Company

As a Leasing Manager, you'll play a vital role in driving the operational performance and lettings strategy at the site, ensuring maximum occupancy while embodying and promoting the brand and product ethos. You'll oversee the lettings process, manage daily operations and contribute to the seamless tenant journey.

Location: Birkenhead, on-site

Salary: 24k per annum + bonus scheme

Contract: full-time, permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct prospective resident assessments in compliance with the company policies
• Provide weekly reports
• Develop a marketing plan tailored to incoming enquiries and tenant profiles.
• Engage with business partners and developers on a weekly basis for strategic insights.
• Conduct viewings and handle enquiries, coordinating with the on-site team as needed.
• Utilise in-depth knowledge of the local market to advise and sell units effectively.
• Attend regional management, site, and client core group meetings as required
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with legislation and performance targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in property management, leasing, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of real estate legislation and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong IT skills
