Leasing Manager - Unlimited Growth Potential

A leading, fast growing Build-to-Rent operator is seeking a Leasing Manager to join them in Leeds. The salary is up to £45,000 + discretionary bonus. Working hours are 5 out of 7 days per week (including some Saturdays).

The role:
The Leasing Manager will be responsible for the leasing strategy and day to day leasing activities for a large Build-to-Rent development in Leeds.

Responsibilities of the Leasing Manager include:

• Manage a team of Leasing Professionals.
• Drive sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Ensure team members are delivering to a high standard.
• Oversee renewals.
• Respond to resident concerns or questions.
• Complete various reports.
• Stay informed about the current market and competitors.
• Use software to track apartments availability, record traffic and leasing activities.
• Follow health & safety procedures in accordance with company policy.
• Identify areas of improvement.

The person:

• Experienced Lettings Manager within residential property.
• Prior experience leading a team.
• Excellent understanding of the leasing process and legislation.
• Be a natural leader.
• Have a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work to deadlines.
• A clear, calm communication style.
