£45,000 + Bonus

Monday to Friday, 9.00 – 5.00pm

We are seeking an experienced, highly organised Leasing Manager to join a well-established business based in Tunbridge Wells. In this key role, you will oversee the leasing function and play a crucial part in driving revenue. To be successful, you must have prior experience in the Build to Rent sector.

Duties include:

• Oversee the entire lettings process from start to finish.
• Lead lettings activities to surpass commercial targets.
• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive performance.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships to enhance business opportunities.
• Manage and optimise all digital lettings initiatives.
• Provide detailed reports on portfolio performance.
• Showcase expertise in the Build to Rent market and its distinctions from traditional residential lettings.

The successful candidate must have/be:

• Advanced proficiency in Excel with strong data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Previous experience in the Build to Rent sector.
• Ideally, five years of experience in lettings.
• To be successful in this fantastic role you need to show enthusiasm, flexibility and a positive working attitude.
