• You'll be responsible for guiding and motivating a team of leasing professionals, driving sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional experience for all prospective and current residents.
• This role requires strong leadership, a proven track record in sales, and a deep understanding of the residential leasing market.
• Experience in the BTR industry is essential
