We are seeking a Lecturer and Assessor in Electrical Installation to join our client's team in West and North West London. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about teaching and assessing apprentices both on-site and in the workplace. You will be instrumental in designing, planning, and delivering educational programmes, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for apprentices.

• Assess apprentices on site and in the workplace, ensuring they meet the required standards.
• Complete necessary administrative tasks related to assessments and teaching.
• Liaise effectively with employers and college staff to facilitate a cohesive learning environment.
• Deliver a range of programmes related to Electrical Installation.
• Play an active role in the design, planning, and delivery of schemes of work and lesson plans.
• Continuously update and refine teaching methods based on best practices and feedback.

• Qualified to Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
• Experience gained within the industry.
• Some teaching, training, and/or assessing experience.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire apprentices.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
