Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Designer to take on the role of Brand Design Lecturer at the Academy of Digital Industries UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging masterclasses and workshops on brand design theory and practice to our students. The role requires a deep understanding of the principles of branding and graphic design, as well as the ability to inspire and mentor students to achieve their creative potential.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan, design and deliver high-quality masterclasses and workshops on brand design theory and practice.
• Develop and deliver innovative and engaging course materials that meet the learning needs of students.
• Lead on-site workshops following a detailed syllabus that includes an active discussion environment and project-based learning.
• Demonstrate passion for providing mentorship, direction, and sharing knowledge by interacting with students.
• Provide guidance and feedback to students on their writing assignments.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular updates on their performance.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in Brand Design.

• 5+ years of proven experience in the field.
• An established portfolio of professional work in the field of brand design.
• Experience teaching or tutoring students in Brand Design or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
• A passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and other relevant software.
• Familiarity with online learning platforms and tools.
