Salt Training is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Construction Lecturer to join our team and deliver high-quality training that helps learners achieve industry-recognised qualifications and progress into employment.

The Role

You will:

* Deliver engaging theory and practical sessions in Construction up to Level 3 for learners aged 16+, apprentices and adult learners.

* Share your industry knowledge and practical experience to develop learners' skills, confidence and employability.

* Support learners to achieve their qualifications through high-quality teaching, learning and assessment.

* Contribute to curriculum development while maintaining high standards of teaching, learner engagement and achievement.

What We Are Looking For

* A minimum Level 2 qualification in a construction trade, such as Bricklaying, Carpentry, Tiling, Plastering, Plumbing or Electrical.

* Significant industry experience with a passion for teaching, training or assessing others.

* Experience delivering Construction or NOCN qualifications (preferred).

* A recognised teaching qualification (DET, DTLLS or QTLS) or a willingness to work towards one.

* An Assessor qualification (desirable).

* A commitment to inclusive, high-quality education and supporting learners to succeed.
