Location: Lincolnshire
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum (pro-rata, dependent on skills, qualifications, and experience)
Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week, year-round
Contract: Permanent

We're looking for an inspiring Lecturer in Electrical Installations to join a well-established further education college in Lincolnshire, within its Construction and Building Services faculty.

This is a rewarding opportunity to share your skills and experience with the next generation of electricians, delivering high-quality teaching and practical training across Levels 1-3.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging lessons, workshops, and practical sessions in electrical installation and related areas.

Develop, plan, and update course materials in line with industry standards, current regulations, and emerging technologies.

Provide constructive feedback, guidance, and support to help students achieve their qualifications and career aspirations.

Collaborate with colleagues to continually enhance teaching, learning, and assessment practices.

Participate in open events, recruitment activities, and employer engagement initiatives.

About You:

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation (minimum).

Assessor and/or IQA qualifications, or willingness to work towards them.

A recognised teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards one.

Level 2 (GCSE A-C or equivalent) in English and Maths, or willingness to achieve these.
