Location: Farnborough College
Contract: Full-time, Part-time, and Sessional opportunities available
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: Competitive, depending on qualifications and experience

?? What You'll Be Doing:

• Deliver and Inspire: Teach across FE and HE Esports and Game Design programmes, up to Level 6.
• Support Success: Provide pastoral support and tutorials to help learners reach their potential.
• Collaborate & Create: Work with a friendly, innovative team to shape and enhance our curriculum.
• Promote Excellence: Represent the department at open days and contribute to our Outstanding reputation.

?? What We're Looking For:

• A strong background in Esports/gaming with relevant qualifications or industry experience
• A degree in Esports, Gaming, or a related field
• A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
• Passion for Esports education and student success
• An engaging, enthusiastic, and supportive approach in the classroom

?? Bonus Points If You:

• Bring real-world Esports or Game Design industry experience to inspire learners
• Have taught at FE/HE level previously
• Enjoy innovation and are keen to stay ahead of emerging trends in Esports and gaming
