Day-to-day of the role:

• Teach Level 4 & 5 modules in hospitality management, customer service, events, and operations.
• Incorporate industry insights into the classroom to inspire and engage students.
• Design practical assessments and deliver student-centred lessons.
• Provide one-on-one academic and pastoral support to students.
• Collaborate on curriculum development and programme improvements to enhance educational outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Postgraduate qualification or significant industry experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience in UK higher education (Level 4-5).
• Strong, current links to the hospitality industry.
• A practical, employability-focused teaching style.
• Desirable: HEA Fellowship, PGCert, or active professional practice.
