This role is ideal for someone who is dedicated to shaping the minds of students across various levels including A Level, BTEC Science, GCSE, Access to HE, and T Levels.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver engaging and informative lectures in Physics across different courses such as A Level, BTEC, and T Levels.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching methods that cater to the needs of students aged 16-18.
• Assess and evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
• Participate in curriculum development activities to ensure the content is up-to-date and relevant.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to share best practices and insights.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with the latest educational trends and techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must possess a degree in Science with a specialisation in Physics.
• Proven teaching experience in the subject area up to Level 3, including A Level and BTEC.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage and inspire students.
• Willingness to achieve a Level 5 teaching qualification, fully supported financially by the College.
• Commitment to professional development and learning.
