Join our client's Sixth Form Centre, renowned for delivering A Level, AS, GCSE, and BTEC Science courses. The instituation is in the top 10% of colleges nationally for A level progress and are seeking a dedicated Lecturer in Physics to contribute to our continued success.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Teach A level, BTEC, and GCSE Physics to students aged 16-19.
• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that inspire and motivate students.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop teaching materials and participate in departmental activities.
• Maintain up-to-date records of student performance and attendance.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and subject knowledge.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in Physics or a closely related subject (e.g., Engineering).
• Experience teaching Physics up to A level.
• Track record of excellent teaching and learning outcomes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire young learners.
• If not already qualified, willingness to obtain a Level 5 teaching qualification (support provided by the College).
