A respected and expanding legal practice is currently recruiting for a Legal Finance Assistant. Primary Duties Will Include:

• Reconciling client and office bank accounts
• Handling banking operations for both client and business accounts
• Processing payments related to both client matters and company expenses
• Administering same-day transfers such as CHAPS, BACS, and Faster Payments
• Monitoring and posting incoming payments from both manual and digital sources

The Ideal Candidate:
They are looking for a thorough and driven professional with the following attributes:

• Previous experience dealing with client monies and account handling – while experience in legal finance is advantageous, applicants from other financial sectors are encouraged to apply
• A meticulous eye for detail
• Background in finance, particularly with experience in account reconciliation
• Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to interact with clients and internal colleagues
