A well-established Northwest law firm in Liverpool is seeking a dedicated Legal Accounts Manager to join its team. Role Overview:

As the Legal Accounts Manager, you will oversee the firm’s financial operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency in all areas, including:

• Managing the firm’s day-to-day and annual accounts.
• Providing guidance on regulatory compliance, including SRA and SARs.
• Preparing financial information for annual SARs audits and year-end accounts.
• Handling VAT returns and corporate tax instalments.
• Managing payroll and NI/tax payments to HMRC.
• Authorising TTs/BAC transactions from the client account.

Ideal Candidate:

The firm is looking for a meticulous and reliable professional with:

• Strong knowledge of Case Management Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in finance within a law firm.
• High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential financial information.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in communicating at all levels.

Position Details:

• Salary: Dependent on experience - All salaries will be taken into account.
• Job Type: Permanent, full-time or part-time available.
