Job Description - Legal Admin Assistant - Conveyancing

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to support a high-performing department within a firm known for its professional yet friendly working culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing day-to-day administrative support to fee earners within the conveyancing department
Preparing legal documentation and assisting with client file management
Handling correspondence and liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors
Updating case management systems and ensuring accurate record keeping
Organising diaries, appointments, and meetings

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience in a legal or administrative role (experience in conveyancing preferred)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proactive, flexible approach and ability to work as part of a team
Confidence using Microsoft Office and legal software systems
