Legal admin support

Ryder Reid is looking to recruit a Legal Admin Support to join one our law firm clients London office on an ongoing temporary basis, with the opportunity of becoming permanent! The general duties of the role include, but are not limited to: Ensuring visitors and clients are received in a professional manner.

Signing in visitors.

Being a main point of contact for visiting attorneys.

Arranging catering for meetings.

Maintaining a clean & tidy reception area.

Answering calls and directing accordingly, as well as taking full and accurate messages.

Handling taxi and reservation requests.

Assisting with administration tasks when required.
