Job Title: Legal Administrative Assistant

An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced Administrative Assistant to join a busy Business Support team, based in a centrally located office.
This is a varied and customer-facing role, with key responsibilities including processing new instructions using a Case Management System, generating letters and documentation, and managing incoming calls via a busy switchboard. Additional duties include document scanning, photocopying, archiving, and general office administration.
The ideal candidate will be confident in both telephone and face-to-face communication, with a professional manner and strong organisational skills. Accuracy, the ability to follow detailed instructions, and a proactive, team-oriented approach are essential.
