SJC Partners is recruiting on behalf of a reputable law firm looking for a Legal Administrator to support their busy Conveyancing Department.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who’s interested in the legal sector or looking to build a career in conveyancing.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing admin support to conveyancing fee earners
Preparing legal documents and correspondence
Managing client communications and file updates
Assisting with searches, filing, and post-completion tasks
Requirements:
Previous administration experience (legal preferred but not essential)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Good attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and case management systems
