Are you an experienced Legal Administrator looking for your next long-term opportunity?

We're seeking a highly organised and proactive professional to support our clients legal and compliance team in an established company.

What You'll Be Doing

Preparing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
Managing filing systems and document records
Tracking deadlines, renewals, and compliance requirements
Supporting client onboarding and due diligence processes
Coordinating with clients, advisers, and key stakeholders
Organising meetings, schedules, and document executionWhat We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, Paralegal, or similar professional services support role
Strong administration and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)If you're detail oriented, professional and thrive in a legal support role, we'd love to hear from you.
