Legal Advisor – Property/Conveyancing
Location: Hybrid (Basingstoke-based with flexible home working)
Type: Full-time | Permanent

Join a forward-thinking housing organisation as a Legal Advisor in a busy in-house legal team, supporting the sale of affordable homes and shared ownership properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of Shared Ownership Plot Sales
• Draft contracts, leases and transfers
• Liaise with solicitors, estate agents and internal teams
• Approve mortgages and review conveyancing plans
• Handle enquiries and general legal admin

What You’ll Need:

• Legal qualification or equivalent experience in property law
• Experience in conveyancing (ideally Shared Ownership or plot sales)
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
