Legal Advisor – Personal Injury (LVI Cases)

Join my clients team, a leading provider of legal and insurance services with over 30 years of expertise. We are looking for a Legal Advisor specialising in Low Velocity Impact (LVI) cases, focusing on managing both litigated and non-litigated personal injury claims involving allegations of fraud. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional client service and a keen interest in legal challenges related to fraud in personal injury claims.

• Progress claims in a timely manner in accordance with the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR).
• Prioritise urgent schedule entries and manage daily tasks efficiently.
• Instruct Counsel to attend conferences, hearings, and Case Management Conferences (CMCs).
• Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed throughout the claim process.
• Update referrers regularly to ensure consistent service quality and maintain loyalty.
• Keep any Before the Event (BTE) and/or After the Event (ATE) insurers fully updated on the progress of claims.

• Proven experience handling claims involving allegations of Fraud/LVI.
• Strong knowledge of relevant case law and legislation.
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
