Legal Advisor

***LEGAL ADVISOR - GLOBAL ASSET MANAGEMENT***We have been mandated by a leading global asset management house to identify an experienced in-house Legal professional to provide legal support to the Head of Legal.

Duties & Responsibilities of a Legal Advisor

1. Negotiating and drafting legal and commercial documents including NDA's, share and loan agreements, IMA documentation and third-vendor/supplier agreements.
2. Providing litigation support and identifying legal risks
3. Undertaking legal analyses and research
4. Providing advice and assisting the wider Compliance team where necessary.

Qualities & Attibuted needed to be a Legal Advisor

You must be a SQE-qualified and have a minimum of 2-4 years relevant experience. Salary: £90-100K plus bonus and benefits. Hybrid working available - 3 days in the office. Please contact me for more details.
