Job Title: Legal Advisor - Civil Litigation
Salary: £22,300
Location: Sheffield

CRA Legal is partnering with a well-established ABS firm offering a range of legal services to its clients. They are seeking a Legal Helpline Advisor with experience in Civil Litigation Law. This is a fantastic opportunity for a law graduate to enter the legal sector, with career growth prospects and a competitive salary on offer.
Role & Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound calls and processing new claims
• Providing updates on existing claims to clients
• Offering expert legal advice on Personal Injury Claims via phone and email
• Setting up new claims and maintaining case records
• Taking and drafting witness statements
• Updating case notes on ongoing matters

Legal Coverage Areas:

• Civil Disputes
• Boundary Issues
• Contract Breaches
• Negligence
• Debt Advice
• Landlord & Tenant Disputes

Desired Experience:

• 6 months of experience as a Legal Advisor or in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
• ???????A law degree or equivalent qualification
