The Role

As the first point of contact for new clients, you'll play a vital role in welcoming and onboarding individuals referred by the firm's fee earners. You'll guide clients through the initial stages of their legal matter with professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities include:

• Contacting new client leads and conducting initial client questionnaires
• Explaining the claims process and gathering essential information
• Accurately inputting client details into the case management system
• Ensuring all documentation is completed and processed efficiently
• Liaising with fee earners to ensure a smooth transition of new files

There is scope for this role to develop into a broader legal administrative position depending on your skills, interests, and performance.

About You

This role would suit someone who is:

• Friendly, confident, and professional in both phone and written communication
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Interested in a career in law or legal services
• Comfortable using IT systems and learning new software
• A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude

Previous experience in administration, client interaction, or a legal setting is helpful but not essential-full training will be provided as part of the apprenticeship.
