• Efficiently handle typing of documents and correspondence
• Manage administrative tasks associated with fee-earners files
• Maintain accurate paper and online filing
• Handle incoming and outgoing post
• Assist in completing SDLT forms and Land Registry applications
• Provide professional client service and maintain compliance with company policies
• Support team members and contribute to department meetings
